All equipment supplied by Bristol
and West Copiers Ltd will be serviced by our own technical staff
who are trained by the manufacturer. We are a management accredited
company and commit our engineers to a maximum four-hour response
to any breakdown of the equipment.
Following the installation of your photocopier, you will
be offered a service contract if required, where a cost per
page is set depending upon monthly volume. The cost per page
includes all service and maintenance, parts, labour, toner
and consumables necessary for the reliable running of the
equipment.
On the day of installation, one of our engineers will provide
all members of staff with full training. If you have any queries
after installation, we have a Service Help Desk with in-house
technicians that you can contact at any time.
